Condo Community Architectural Map Update

Job ID: 39939643

Budget: $10 – $50 USD

I have a one page architectural map of a section in our condo community. We need to update drawing and denote three new areas, currently that are blank/white on drawing, to show as what we call a Limited Common Area, ie, yard or driveway. These are areas outside the condo building themselves that are limited to use by the respective condo owner. (All the rest of the drawing stays exactly as is— no need to edit or convert to CAD). Unfortunately I don’t have the source CAD drawings as are from 2001 and those folks long gone. I am providing a high res image TIFF from a PDF without any mark-ups and a second illustrated PNG with three colored boxes (yellow, light blue, green) to denote the changes we want. What I need is for each of the areas I've noted in color boxes to be modified in the file so to have B&W slash marks (closely aligned) that MATCH as closely as possible the slash marks & style used elsewhere in document. The slash marks should extend up to but not replace the B&W solid lines already in the TIFF file for the outline areas in question. Please make slash marks in each of the three boxes go in different directions, again as was done on rest of document. Note these are slash marks, and NOT cross X lines, which denote actual building. Details, details... but the Yellow area's new slash marks on the right (east) side should end so as to be in alignment with the up/down boundary shown just to the north. Please retain as much of the original resolution as possible. Files have been uploaded. If questions, just let me know, and if this does well I'll have more jobs!! - Scott P.S. *Before* you get started please confirm you have received good quality high res files. The TIFF file on my Mac is at 3759 × 3214, maybe 600DPI, set at lossless, and thus a big file. I just want to make sure the large file I uploaded has the finer detail.
