I am seeking an experienced architecture draftsman to assist with a project. The primary focus is on site detail, and shop drawings along with designing and implementing landscaping elements. This includes creating detailed plans for walkways, pathways, roads, and hardscape features. The shop drawings based on IFC

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in commercial site planning
- Ability to design and draft detailed plans for walkways, pathways, and roads
- Experience in landscaping design, particularly with hardscape elements
- Proficiency in using drafting software to create precise and professional plans

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial architectural drafting
- Strong background in landscape architecture
- Familiarity with local zoning and building regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- The outputs CAD/ pdf
