Commercial Building MEP Permit Drawings

I already have a full architectural set for a commercial project and now must round it out with MEP sheets so the city will accept the permit package.

Electrical scope
The plans need to show a complete lighting layout, power distribution, and emergency systems that satisfy local code for commercial occupancies. Circuiting, panel schedules, load calculations, and risers should be included so plan reviewers can trace every branch without guesswork.

Plumbing scope
Only the water-supply system is outstanding. I need isometric diagrams, pipe sizing, fixture counts, and a clear connection to the municipal main, coordinated with the existing architectural walls and shafts shown in my CAD files.

Deliverables
• Combined PDF plan set ready for permit submittal
• Editable CAD files that align with my current architectural layers and sheet numbers
• Brief calculation sheets (load summary for electrical, water demand spreadsheet for plumbing)

Please keep all symbols, legends, and sheet numbering consistent with the drawings I will provide; I’ll forward the CAD backgrounds as soon as we agree on the work.
