Coast House Entertainment Center

I have a studio style condominium at the Texas Gulf Coast near Aransas Pass, TX. I currently have an entertainment center upstairs that encompasses a corner of the "living room". I have attached a pic of the current very unattractive situation. I would like to have a design that includes my television set, electronic fireplace, and a mantle that would take care of my sound-bar and wifi router.

I have tons of pics if needed. I also have a VERY sharp and talented carpenter. He is, however, not a designer. He can build to specs and do a good job.
