CNC DXF Modern Sofa Panels

I’m building a modern, flat-pack sofa that will be cut on a CNC wood router and I need clean, production-ready DXF files for every piece. The focus is only on the sofa, not a full living-room set, and I specifically need the frame, legs and armrests broken down into nestable flat panels.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Accurate 1:1 DXF drawings of each part with all joinery, cut-outs and drill points clearly marked.
• Parts optimised for standard sheet sizes so I can drop the files straight into Fusion 360 or VCarve and run them on a 3-axis router.
• Labelling inside the file (layer names or simple text) so assembly is fool-proof once everything is off the machine.

I’ll share my rough sketches and overall dimensions the moment we start; you’ll convert them into proper CAD geometry, apply sensible tolerances for sheet goods, and make sure every mating edge lines up. A quick PDF or screenshot set for visual checking before finalising the DXFs will help us avoid re-cuts.

The project is done when the DXF set imports without errors and I can dry-run the toolpaths in my CAM software without collisions or missing contours.
