CAD House Plan Redraw

I need a clean CAD redraw of an existing residential house plan (PDF) for General Contractor bid pricing. The house is single-story and approximately 4,000 sq ft under roof.

Requirements:
- Incorporate prepared redlines and non-structural changes (8" CMU, facade updates, fireplaces removed, etc.)
- Drafting only; no design work needed
- Must be done in AutoCAD
- I will provide specific requirements for layers and naming conventions

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with residential house plans
- Attention to detail
- Strong drafting skills
