Basic Storefront Shop Drawings

I need a concise shop drawing that shows the overall footprint of my future storefront. The scope is strictly a basic layout with accurate dimensions—no elaborate construction details or renderings are required.

Please include:
• A clearly dimensioned floor plan that reflects walls, openings, and circulation paths.
• A fixture and furniture layout that positions display units, counters, seating, and any built-ins to scale.

I’ll work from your drawing to confirm space planning with my contractor, so the file must be clean, organised layers in CAD (DWG) plus a print-ready PDF. If you prefer Revit or SketchUp that’s fine as long as you also export to DWG.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• All dimensions read clearly in both metric and imperial.
• Fixtures align with the provided product list and clearances.
• Files open with no missing references or fonts.

Turnaround within a few days would be ideal so we can move straight to permit documentation.
