Architectural Plan Alterations Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need my existing architectural drawings brought up to date. My draftsperson is ill and unable to complete plans. He is willing to have modifications done under his name. Changes are minor.
Alterations to House Plans 10 Herbert St Sadliers Crossing
1. Reduce dimensions of carport
Change length from 6600 to 5000
New dimensions 5000 L x 5900 W
Front of carport to be 1600 from front boundary
2. Remove exterior timber doors from front deck
3. Replace window W20 with 1200 H 900 W Aluminium Awning Window
Same as W18 in plan
4. Add battens front and side to new extension (Bedroom 4 and Ensuite)
5. Change cladding to new extension. Change to FC Chamfer Board
6. Remove existing garage door (under Bedroom 3) and replace with battens
