I’m finalising a small architectural concept and need a precise CAD drawing that shows the basic layout with all measurements clearly called out. The job is straightforward: convert my notes and dimensioned sketch into a clean, editable plan—no material specs, sections, or construction details are required at this stage.
What I expect in the file:
• Walls, openings, and key structural lines laid out to the exact dimensions I provide
• Dimension strings placed logically so the drawing is easy to read
• Layers named sensibly (walls, doors/windows, dimensions, annotations)
Deliverables:
1. AutoCAD-compatible DWG (2018 or earlier)
2. Matching PDF plotted to scale
