Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have the DWG survey of my land and I’m ready to move forward with a complete concept design for a single-family home of roughly 200–225 m². The look I am after combines clean modern lines with the warmer. Location is Libya so atmosphere and high temperature to be accounted for.
Functional brief
• 3 main bedrooms
• An additional guest room (separate enough for privacy)
Beyond that, living-dining-kitchen flow, bathrooms and storage can follow your creative lead while staying within the total floor-area range.
What I will supply
• AutoCAD topographic/lot file
• Local zoning setbacks and height limits
What I need from you
Most important thing for me is to come up with an optimal blueprint. But;
• Two or more layout options showing optimal orientation and circulation
• Finalised floor plans, key elevations and one section in DWG + PDF
• Exterior 3D views that clearly convey the modern-Mediterranean blend
