2000sqft Home 3D Model

I need a clean, accurate 3D representation of my 2,000 sq ft home based on the existing floor plan. The model should show medium-level detail: walls, doors, windows, basic architectural elements, and scaled furniture laid out in a mid-century modern style. Every space in the house is included—from living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms to bathrooms, hallways, and any utility areas—so circulation and overall flow must read naturally in the finished file.

Deliverables
• Fully navigable 3D model of the entire home, furnished in mid-century modern pieces
• Native project file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) plus an export to FBX or OBJ for easy viewing
• Two to three high-resolution still renders showcasing the main living area, a bedroom, and an overhead perspective

Acceptance criteria
• Room dimensions match the supplied floor plan within reasonable tolerance
• Furniture scale and placement feel realistic and consistent with mid-century modern style
• Materials and lighting organised in layers/groups for quick edits on my end
