I need a designer

I was a designer to design a lighter which has flames like green flame lighter and has a cannister that can be replaced to fill the gas, and metal body with all parts detachable and easily replaceable , carvings options like a dog tag to be there on the front side of the lighter, and in case of emergency the electronic ignition can be taken out to light fire in case gas ends. The cannister for gas is made in such a way that detached from lighter it can be thrown like a small sound making thing to distract someone in case of emergency like for animals and all in jungle.
