mix of Traditional and modern Home Office 3D Design

I’m converting a compact 400 × 500 mm room in my house into a warm, traditionally styled office. I already have a rough layout, but I need a designer who can turn it into a polished 3D concept and steer me toward the right mix of timber, fabrics, and finishes.

The design must comfortably fit a desk and chair, smart shelving or other storage, and a few well-chosen decorative pieces without making the space feel cramped.

Here’s what I’d like to receive:
• A scale-accurate 3D model with multiple camera views showing how everything relates.
• A concise material and furniture board (wood types, upholstery, wall treatment, hardware) that I can source locally.
• A dimensioned layout plan for my carpenter.
