As part of my project, I am undertaking the construction and testing of a catapult, with the primary objective of hitting a specific target distance. The blueprint for the catapult will be sourced from online resources,
The experiment will focus on measuring the total deviation from the target distance when launching a projectile with the catapult. To ensure a comprehensive analysis, at least two design factors of interest will be identified and varied during the experiment. These factors will be initially explored through a computer simulation available at this link https://sigmazone.com/dual-catapult/, which will help in determining the most relevant variables for our physical model.

For documenting the project, a detailed report will be prepared. This report will clearly articulate the problem being addressed, the design of the catapult, the experimental setup, and the data collected. Key components of the report will include:

Problem Addressed: An explanation of the challenge at hand and the objectives of the experiment.

Design: A detailed description of the catapult's design, including sketches or photos of the construction process.

Experiment & Data: A comprehensive record of the experimental procedure, including how the design factors were varied and the data collection methods. Data will be systematically recorded using Minitab to facilitate analysis.

Analysis: Utilizing Minitab, the data will be analyzed through methods such as ANOVA or factorial design to understand the impact of the chosen design factors on the projectile's accuracy.

no need to print the catapult just make a simple design and provide the file so i can 3D print it.
