build me a photo measurement tool for a research study in foot biomechanics

Job ID: 30905891

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I'm running a research project which requires me to measure specific dimensions of feet from filmed video or still photos. Filmed from above, using an A4 paper (placed at wall with heel against wall) as a standard size for reference. Looking to automate the process of capturing 3 specific measurements:
length - heel to longest toe (blue) width at metatarsal heads (green line in pic), width at distal toe joints (yellow line)
This can be calculated manually using the ratio of measurements to standard paper but time consuming. Needs to be accurate to pick up functional changes of the forefoot/toe movements. The width measurements are angled due to the shape of the foot and need to be compared at the mid point of the line measured to the paper width to avoid inaccuracies generated by projection (see horizontal lines on black and white attached pic). I've uploaded example photos to demonstrate the type of still photos that I'm using to extract the data, and the required measurements.
