Zirconia Crown and Bridge CAD

I have digital impressions and bite scans ready and need a dental CAD designer to create a mill-ready zirconia crown and bridge. The goal is a natural aesthetic that blends seamlessly with adjacent dentition—think lifelike morphology, subtle translucency, and contacts that require almost no chairside adjustment.

You’ll receive:
• Pre-op scan, prepped arch, opposing, and bite in STL format
• My notes on shade, pontic design, and any occlusal considerations

Please return:
• Final zirconia design in STL plus the native design file (Exocad preferred, 3Shape acceptable)
• A quick screenshot or render for visual approval

Acceptance criteria
• Margins are clean and fully sealed
• Emergence profile supports zirconia strength and gingival health
• Contacts and occlusion verified within software articulation
• Anatomy reflects a natural, unforced look matching the patient’s existing teeth

A 24–48 hour turnaround would be ideal, but let me know what’s practical for you. If questions come up about prep, clearance, or connector dimensions, just ask—I’d rather tweak early than adjust at the mill.
