Waterproof Phone Case Prototype

Hi there,
I am looking for someone to design a 3D model for a prototype. The design has a similar structure to the old GoPro waterproof cases (see image). Unlike the old cases, it will not have any holes for the camera or buttons to click. The case will be for the most part clear and flat. However, the long face on one side of the case will be made of the lifeproof cases touch screen protector. When the case is opened, the opposite side of the touchscreen will have adjustable clasps similar to those used to hold phones in cars (see image). The clasps need to be able to stretch out to 85 mm wide and 168 mm long, as well as shrink down to 67 mm wide and 138 mm long while not covering the phone’s camera. They also need to adjust for the thickness of the phone (up to 20 mm thick) On the outside of the case on the clasps side, there will be folding GoPro fingers in the middle where they are also found on the GoPro case (see image). Also on the bottom side of the claps and touchscreen there will be a hinge so that the two sides can open and close without completely detaching. On the top of the two sides opposite of the GoPro fingers, there needs to be a locking mechanism so that the case will only open if done manually.
