Warehouse Design & Bid Docs

I’m preparing a competitive bid package for a new warehouse and need a complete design set that planners, builders, and cost estimators can act on immediately. The scope runs from an efficient floor-plan concept through to construction-ready documentation, including all technical drawings, material specifications, and bill-of-quantities suitable for tender.

Please include:
• A scalable layout showing racking, circulation aisles, and clear equipment zones
• Structural, MEP, and fire-safety drawings that comply with standard codes (IBC/NFPA or local equivalent)
• A concise written spec covering foundations, envelope, roofing, finishes, and any specialty areas we flag during kickoff
• A phased cost estimate that lets us separate base build from optional fit-outs

CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) is preferred so the engineering team can update details later, and PDFs are needed for bidders.

My acceptance criteria are straightforward: the plans must be dimensionally accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and ready to issue without further drafting. Once we agree on the layout, I’ll supply the site survey and any utility data you need.
