Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Voxel Artist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a freelancer position. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their voxel art, as well as experience with 2D art for creating layered backgrounds. This is a fully remote position, and you'll collaborate closely with our team.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality voxel art assets using tools like Maya, Blender, MagicaVoxel or Qubicle.
• Develop layered 2D background art to create depth and atmosphere in the game.
• Collaborate with the team to define and refine the asset list and ensure all art aligns with the overall vision of the game.
• Participate in regular check-ins and meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and receive feedback.
• Ensure that all assets are optimized for performance and meet the technical requirements of the game.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Voxel Artist/Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in voxel art tools such as MagicaVoxel or Qubicle is a plus.
• Strong 2D art skills and experience in creating layered backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
