3D Virtual Lab Environment for Conflict Management Training

I'm seeking a talented 3D artist to create a highly realistic virtual lab environment for online learning. The virtual lab will be used for conflict management and lone working training scenarios.

Key Requirements:
- Design immersive environments that facilitate engaging and realistic training experiences.
- Ensure environments are adaptable for various training modules.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of creating realistic textures, lighting, and environments.
- Experience in designing educational or training environments is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

We are looking to build modular scenes and environments, such as a street, house entrance, internal house rooms, Hospital and Retail environments, Care homes etc
