Vintage Coffee Bar Design

I’m opening a new coffee bar and need the complete design for both the street-facing shopfront and the entire interior. The look I’m after is unmistakably vintage and classic—think enduring charm rather than shabby chic—with a calm, neutral palette built around beige, taupe, and cream. To keep the space warm and authentic, all primary finishes should revolve around natural wood and rich leather accents.

Because this is a full concept job, I’ll need more than a quick sketch. At minimum, I expect:
• Concept mood board that captures the vintage feel, colour story, and key furniture references
• Scaled floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (PDF + editable DWG)
• Front-elevation artwork for the façade, including proposed signage and lighting placement
• 3D interior & exterior renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) showing day and evening ambience
• A concise materials and fixtures schedule specifying woods, leathers, hardware, paint codes, and lighting models

Files must be share-ready so my contractor can price and build directly from your drawings. Please let me know your estimated turnaround and which software you prefer to use; AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CC are all acceptable on my side.
