Building:
- Ground: Parking + 3 bhk + 2 toilet+ dinning +one store + hall
First floor 1bhk for rent


IMPORTANT:

- I already completed full planning (layout, sizes, vastu, electrical, plumbing, structural guidelines)
- Freelancer should NOT redesign
- Only convert into AutoCAD + 3D drawings

SCOPE:

- Floor plans (exact dimensions)
- Column + beam layout (basic)
- Electrical layout (points)
- Plumbing + drainage layout
- Simple modern elevation design
- 3D elevation images


DELIVERABLES:

- DWG (AutoCAD file)
- PDF drawings
- 3D images

BUDGET:

₹3000


NOTE:

- I will share complete detailed file after agreement
- Must strictly follow given plan
- if required then only change plan other wise No unnecessary changes

- Experience in house planning
- Simple, practical design approach
