Valet Parking Site Plan Design

Job ID: 39949611

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a complete site plan for a new valet-parking operation that the city council must review and approve. The focus is parking optimization, so every square foot needs to be justified and efficient.

Scope of work
• Map entrance and exit flow to keep traffic moving smoothly onto and off the property.
• Lay out parking spaces for maximum capacity without bottlenecks, respecting required clearances and any ADA stalls.
• Specify traffic signage and pavement markings so attendants and drivers can follow a single, logical route.

I already have the city’s guideline packet—zoning setbacks, fire-lane widths, landscaping buffers, and drawing standards—and will share it once we start. The final package should include:
- Scaled CAD/PDF drawings ready for submission (plan view, any elevations or cross-sections the council requests).
- A brief narrative explaining how the design meets each guideline and optimizes flow.
- One round of revisions after I receive staff comments.

Experience with site planning, traffic engineering, or similar municipal submittals is important. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable tools are preferred. Let me know your approach and estimated timeline; I’m aiming to file the application promptly.
