Urgent SolidWorks Rib Contour Optimization

I have ten existing rib models in SolidWorks that need modest geometric tweaks. My goal is to adjust today each rib’s contour just enough to make downstream manufacturing easier—nothing overly elaborate, simply clean, production-friendly geometry and fillets all compatible with shell fonction at 15mm.

Scope
• Modify rib contours from round to square (see image) on all 10 parts using SolidWorks.
• Keep the work to basic adjustments—small radius shifts, subtle profile edits, or smoothing any abrupt transitions that could create machining or molding issues.
• Preserve overall dimensions and functional interfaces; only refine the contour paths as needed.

Deliverables
1. Updated SolidWorks part files (.SLDPRT) for the part with the 10 ribs.
2. A brief change log summarizing what was adjusted on every file.

I will provide the current .SLDPRT files (solidworks 2022) and point out a few areas on each part where tooling has proven difficult. If you’re comfortable making light-touch, manufacturing-oriented edits in SolidWorks and can turn this around quickly, I’d like to get started right away.
