I already have a complete 3-D scene of our main office / sales pavilion; what I need now is a fresh set of renders that explore different finishes and furnishings while staying true to a modern, minimalist-luxury vibe.
Here’s the brief:
• Swap out materials on walls, flooring, niches and the reception counter to match the mood boards I’ll supply.
• Replace current furniture with my shortlisted pieces.
• Integrate display screens where indicated.
• Redesign or refine the reception counter if needed to harmonise with the new palette.
Timing is critical—I must review the first round of alternatives within 24 hours, then iterate rapidly until we lock the final option. I’ll provide all textures, reference photos, and furniture specs up front, plus clear mark-ups after each review. Final deliverables are high-resolution stills (4K) and the editable scene file so I can hand it straight to the client.
