3D Residential House Modeling – Existing & Proposed Design

We are looking for a skilled 3D architectural designer to create two detailed 3D models of a single-story residential house based on provided architectural PDF drawings.

Scope of Work:

Create Existing condition 3D model (current structure)
Create Proposed design 3D model (after renovation/addition)
Accurate modeling from floor plans, elevations, and demolition drawings
Exterior + basic interior modeling
Realistic renders (daylight views preferred)
Fast turnaround required

Deliverables:

3D model files (SketchUp / Blender / Revit – preferred SketchUp)
High-quality rendered images
Source files

Requirements:

Experience in residential architectural 3D modeling
Ability to work from technical PDF drawings
Attention to dimensions and details
Quick response and fast delivery
Portfolio of similar work required

PDF drawings will be shared after project confirmation.
