Urban Environmental Design 3D Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m developing an environmental design concept for a busy city block and now need photorealistic 3D renderings that communicate how the space will feel once built. The focus is strictly environmental design—showing how planting beds, shaded walkways, pocket parks, water features or even bespoke urban furniture could work together to soften the hardscape and improve micro-climate comfort.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• A set of high-resolution still images (day and night views) that capture the character of the proposed interventions from eye-level and aerial angles.
• A short walk-through or fly-through clip (30–60 sec) to help stakeholders experience the flow of the space.
• Native project files plus export-ready formats (OBJ/FBX and high-res JPEG/PNG) so we can integrate them into future presentations.
Preferred tools are SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion or similar, with V-Ray/Corona or Eevee/Cycles for lighting and materials—use whichever you are fastest in as long as the final output looks convincing and true to scale.
I already have basic CAD/site drawings and reference photos ready to share the moment we start. If you suggest including extra elements such as green roofs, interactive water walls or modular street furniture, feel free to weave them in and we’ll refine together.
Clear, realistic textures, human-scaled details and balanced lighting will be the main acceptance criteria. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any questions you need answered to get started.
