Unique Two-Story Booth Designs Needed

We’re Seeking 3 Unique Two-Story Booth Designs (Modern Najdi Style)
First Floor 21.5m × 15m, Second Floor Half-Size, with 3D Presentations

Project Overview:
We are commissioning three distinct, full-scale booth designs for a two-story exhibition stand. Each design must reflect modern Najdi architectural influences blended with elegant, innovative, and tech-driven elements (3D).

Dimensions:

First Floor: 21.5m × 15m
Second Floor: Half the first floor (approx. 10.75m × 15m)
Each design must fully utilize both floors.

Design Requirements (All Three Concepts Must Include):

1. Modern Aesthetics & Brand Identity
-Sleek finishes, clean architectural lines, and innovative structural details.
-Prominent company logo, brand colors, and cohesive visual identity across all spaces.

2.Interior Features
-Integrated digital screens for presentations.
-QR code display area allowing visitors to access all materials digitally.
-Interactive mock-ups (3D walkthroughs or VR previews).
-Dedicated sections for residential and commercial project showcases.
Branded brochure stands for marketing materials.

3.Open & Welcoming Layout
Spacious circulation areas with lounge spaces and private meeting zones.

4.Hospitality Zone
Comfortable seating areas, refreshments and beverage stations.

5.Sustainability & Green Design
Live plants, eco-friendly materials, and sustainable design elements.

6. Lighting & Atmosphere

Deliverables:
- complete booth designs (including full floor plans for both levels).
- High-quality 3D visualizations and virtual walkthroughs for each concept.
-The selected freelancer must allow for reasonable revisions and adjustments upon request to ensure the final outputs meet our expectations.

We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with Najdi architecture and Middle Eastern design influences.
- Ability to deliver high-quality 3D presentations and walkthroughs on time.
