Unique Stainless Steel Puzzle Creation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am creating a puzzle that includes two stainless steel plates that are 6”x6” each.
Plate 1 (Data plate):
1. 6”x6” stainless steel- sturdy
2. On the plate will be a 7x7 (Row,Col) etched grid like an excel spreadsheet format of grid lines.
3. Each cell will be large enough so that the customer can engrave a cartoon photo easily
4 The customer will engrave 49 cartoon photos, one in each cell of the 7x7 grid
5. The corporate logo will be supplied to you. It should be small and be placed in the upper left corner of the data plate.
6. A hole (1/16”) will be placed in the upper right corner of the data plate to act as an alignment key for the next plate, called the Cut Out plate.
Plate 2 (Cutout plate)
1. Same exact size as data plate 6”x6”
2. Same 7x7 etched grid as the data plate
3. Randomly cutout 24 cells so that when the Cut Out plate is placed directly over the Data Plate, the game player will see the 24 cartoon characters showing through the cutouts.
4. Pin hole 1/16” in upper right corner to use as alignment with Data Plate.
5. Same logo in upper left corner as Data Plate has on it.
For beginners, I may want cutout plates of 12 instead of 24, but that has not been decided yet.
We need to find someone to make these plates for us. Every customer will get two puzzle plates: 1 Data Plate and 1 Cutout Plate. They will also receive instructions on how to play this game with others that will also have a data plate and cutout plate.
Every cutout plate must have 24 cutouts as described above. No two cutout plates can be identical, all have to be unique.
