Creative yet practical ideas suitable for limited spaces.

Zones to be Designed (Indoor & Outdoor)

Entrance Decoration: Flags, arches, branding, and welcome setup.

Main Celebration Zone (Outdoor): Stage/backdrop, seating layout, cultural/festive décor.

Indoor Activation Zone: Booths, workshops, or engagement activities (e.g., henna, calligraphy, photo corner).

Photo Opportunity Areas: Branded photo backdrop, Instagrammable spots with UAE theme.

Kids’ Corner / Activity Zone: Small setup for art & craft with themed decoration.

Outdoor Ambience: Light decoration, flags, banners, and festive props.

Deliverables from Designer

3D Renderings for each designated zone (indoor & outdoor).

Layout/floor plan to show flow and space management.

Mood boards with decoration ideas and material references.

Final 3D visuals for client presentation.

Design Considerations

Space is not very big – designs must be compact and functional.

Safety and hospital environment must be respected (no blocking emergency paths).

Easy-to-install decoration concepts (modular, lightweight).

Culturally appropriate and aligned with UAE National Day theme.
