Two-Storey Modern Gym 3D Design

I have a blank, 2 × 2,800 sq ft canvas that I want to turn into a striking, modern gym. I need a complete 3D model—exterior massing, interior layout, finishes, lighting, furniture, and fitness equipment placement—so I can visualize the space and hand clear instructions to my construction team.

Ground floor
The layout is still flexible, so feel free to propose an efficient flow for reception, free-weights, functional-training zones, locker and washrooms, or any other essentials you feel a modern facility of this size should include. I’m open to creative circulation ideas that keep traffic smooth at peak hours.

Second floor
This level must feature a dedicated Cardio area, a calm Yoga studio, and a vibrant Zoomba space. Please organise them for acoustic separation while maintaining easy access to washrooms or a mezzanine view down to the main floor if that enhances the experience.

Style & detail
• Overall aesthetic: clean modern lines, abundant natural light, industrial touches kept subtle.
• Material suggestions, colour palettes, and lighting schemes should be part of the model so stakeholders can sign off quickly.
• Any current-generation tool is fine—Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, or similar—provided you supply both the native file and exportable formats (DWG/FBX) for downstream edits.

Deliverables
• Full 3D model with organised layers/components
• 4-6 high-resolution still renders (interior and exterior)
• One short fly-through or 360° panorama to help investors experience the space
• PDF floor plans and reflected ceiling plans extracted from the model

Acceptance criteria will be a model that imports without errors, aligns to the stated square footage, and clearly identifies every programmed area. If you have past gym or commercial interior samples, that will speed up selection, but I’m more interested in seeing how you translate the brief into an efficient, inspiring training environment.
