Two Level Residential 3D Design

I need a detailed 3D model of a two-level residential building that lets me visualise both the exterior massing and the complete interior layout.

Ground floor
• A roomy, open-concept two-bedroom apartment. Please show a prominent kitchen island and generous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living space with light.
• Directly behind it sits a separate studio apartment. Keep the connection and circulation clear so I can decide later whether this unit feels entirely independent or semi-attached.

First floor
• At the front, another two-bedroom unit mirroring the footprint below.
• To the back, a one-bedroom unit that opens onto a private deck. The deck must feature: a comfortable seating area, integrated planters for greenery, and subtle outdoor lighting for evening use.

Rooftop
Include a basic flat roof structure now; I will decide on any future amenities once I review your model.

Deliverables
1. Fully textured 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) that I can rotate and edit.
2. Four high-resolution still renders that capture the street view, each apartment’s main living area, and the deck.
3. Native project files and exported OBJ/FBX so I can hand them to a builder or another designer if needed.

Please focus on realistic proportions, accurate stair placements, and logical plumbing/electrical chases between floors. If anything in the brief seems unclear, flag it early so we can lock it down before rendering.
