Two Contemporary 3D Elevations

I already have a clean 2-D floor plan for a four-storey building (about 800 sq ft per floor) and now I want to see how it will look in three dimensions. I need two alternative contemporary façades rendered from the same plan. Keep the styling simple—basic massing, clean lines, and textures are all I’m after at this stage; no landscaping or surrounding context is required.

You can work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or any other mainstream modelling tool you are comfortable with, as long as you can supply the final output in high-resolution PNG/JPEG along with the original editable file. I’m interested in viewpoints that clearly show materials, window placements, balconies, and overall proportions.

Deliverables:
• Two distinct contemporary elevation renders
• Corresponding source files for future edits
• A brief note on materials and colours used
