Truck Stop Site Layout Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am preparing a full 3-D rendering package for a new truck stop and first need a clear, scaled site layout. The core of the site is a 120' × 60' building that must include restrooms with showers and a convenience store. Out front I want self-service gas and diesel islands laid out for easy pull-through circulation.
The property footprint is a 600' × 600' lot. Please position perpendicular truck parking across the yard, making sure turning radii work for 53-ft trailers while keeping traffic away from a dedicated sewer pond that sits in the north-west corner.
I’ll rely on your drawing to brief the rendering team, so accuracy is critical. Send the final plan as a dimensioned PDF plus the native CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) file so we can drop it straight into our modelling workflow. Coordinate orientation, setbacks and basic landscaping buffers, and feel free to suggest curb cuts or entry/exit lanes that make the flow intuitive.
