Traditional Structure Drawings

I need detailed structural and architectural drawings for a 20' by 40' structure. The design should be traditional in style.

Requirements:
- Use of 3" square tubing for support
- 3" insulated metal panels for walls and roof
- Gable roof with high point running the 40' length
- Cement footing specifications to support the square tubing
- A standard door near the end of one 40' wall
- A 10'-12' door centered on one of the 20' walls
- Plans must meet building code requirements for Carlsbad, New Mexico to obtain a building permit
- Include existing house, property lines, setbacks, and orientation to North in relation to the structure (if property layout documents are provided)
- Detailed plans with material specifications are required

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in structural and architectural drawing
- Experience with traditional design elements
- Familiarity with insulated metal panels, square tubing, and local building codes
