Traditional Stone 2-Storey Exterior Design

I’m designing a two-storey, 200 m² family house (100 m² per floor) and now need a full exterior concept that harmonises with a Traditional style and a predominantly stone façade.

Ground-floor layout: living room, kitchen, storage, one bedroom and a bathroom, plus a generous 20 m² rear balcony. Upper floor: four bedrooms, an additional storage room and a 5 m² front balcony. These interior zones are fixed, so the exterior massing, window placement and balcony treatments must respect them.

What I’m looking for
• Concept sketches illustrating proportions, roof form and façade rhythm
• At least three high-resolution 3D renders showing day and dusk lighting
• Scaled exterior elevations with stone cladding specification, balcony railings and roof details called out
• A concise material palette and colour board so I can source locally

Preferred tools are SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or comparable; just supply final files in a format I can pass to my contractor (PDF + native model).

Acceptance will be based on the design’s adherence to the stated room locations, balcony sizes and overall Traditional stone aesthetic, as well as clarity of drawings for construction use.
