Traditional Restaurant 3D Interior Design

I’m opening a new restaurant and need a complete interior concept that feels proudly traditional yet bursts with bold, vibrant colour. The space is currently an empty shell, so I’ll rely on you to guide every visible element—floor finishes, furniture layout, wall treatments and lighting—right through to a photorealistic 3-D walk-through I can present to investors.

The plan is to mix comfortable booths with standard tables and chairs. I want a thoughtful circulation flow, intimate corners where booths go, and a clear logic to how the tables are grouped. Because I’m keeping the service bar separated, the seating map must factor staff movement and safety codes.

Tiling is a big statement piece for me. I’d like you to propose patterns and grout colours that stay true to a classic aesthetic while still complementing the richer palette we’re using elsewhere. If you prefer working in AutoCAD for plans and 3ds Max, SketchUp or Revit for renders, that’s fine—just let me know what you need from me early (measurements, photos, etc.) so we stay on schedule.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan with seating legend
• Detailed tiling layout (including tile specs)
• Material & colour board that highlights the bold scheme
• At least four high-resolution 3-D renders plus the native model

Before final hand-off I’ll want one revision round on both the layout and the renderings to iron out any tweaks.
