Traditional Residential 3D Floor Plan

I have a single-level residential layout and need it transformed into a detailed 3D floor-plan model with a waterfront aesthetic. The architectural drawings are already attached, so the walls, windows, and overall footprint are set—I’m looking for someone who can interpret those plans accurately and bring the spaces to life.

Scope
• Model the entire floor exactly as shown on the drawings, including the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
• Apply finishes, furniture, and lighting that match a warm, classic, traditionally styled interior (think mouldings, wood accents, neutral palettes).
• Produce high-resolution still renders from at least two angles per room plus one birds-eye perspective of the full layout. A walkthrough video would be a welcome bonus if your workflow allows.

File & Software
I’m flexible about the tool—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar are all fine—just deliver the native file along with exported OBJ/FBX and the final JPEG/PNG render images.

Acceptance
The model must mirror the attached plans dimensionally, show consistent traditional styling throughout, and be delivered in the agreed formats ready for minor future edits.
