Traditional House Exterior Render

I’d like a realistic 3D exterior render of my future 1,600 sq ft home. You’ll receive both the ground-floor and first-floor plans in PDF, plus a folder of reference photos that illustrate the traditional, brick-clad look I’m after. I can walk you through roof pitch, window trims, porch details and any other nuances during the process, so you’ll never be guessing.

The goal is a set of polished visuals that help me—and my contractor—see the house before a single brick is laid. A classic front perspective is essential, and an additional angled view would be appreciated for fuller context. Please work in whichever package you’re most comfortable with (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) as long as the output is photo-real and daylight-balanced.

Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 4K) showing the complete exterior
• Source file of the model so future tweaks are possible
• One round of revisions for minor adjustments after I review the first draft
