Traditional Home Addition Blueprints

I'm looking for detailed blueprints for a traditional-style home addition. The addition is inclusive of adding a second room on the back of the house with bathroom to serve as a master bedroom suite. Also a deck on the back of the house.

Requirements:
- Detailed architectural drawings in traditional style
- Include plumbing and HVAC layouts

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in traditional architectural design
- Experience with residential plumbing and HVAC layout design
- Proficiency in CAD software and blueprint creation
- prints must be permit ready for town in Connecticut
