Traditional Garden Plan Rendering

I have already sketched the outline of my residential garden and now need it transformed into a fully rendered architectural plan. The style is firmly traditional and the final drawing should be clear enough for a landscape contractor to use as a build guide as well as attractive enough for presentation to neighbors and the local planning board.
