Traditional Gabled Ceiling Drawings

I'm looking for detailed architectural drawings to convert a flat ceiling to a traditional gabled ceiling in my residential house. The primary goal is aesthetic improvement.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design
- Experience with traditional architectural styles
- Ability to create detailed and accurate construction drawings

Must meet code in NC. Have two ideas in mind, just need verification from an engineer. Pics of project are available.
