Traditional Duplex 3D Elevation

I need a concise 3D elevation for my upcoming duplex that captures a warm, traditional look. The exterior should showcase brick as the primary finish and incorporate three key elements I’ve already settled on: a welcoming porch, a usable balcony, and elegant arched windows.

Because this is an early-stage planning piece, I only require:
• One front-view render that clearly displays proportions, materials, and overall massing
• The source file so I can make minor tweaks later if needed

Keep the model lightweight and focused on the façade; interior detailing and landscaping aren’t necessary at this stage. Accuracy in traditional styling, clean brick texturing, and realistic lighting will help me visualize the concept before moving on to more detailed drawings.
