Traditional Brick G+1 Elevation

I need a complete front-elevation design for my G+1 mixed-use building. The ground floor will hold two street-facing shops separated by a main vehicular gate, while the upper level is a single, large hall set slightly back from the frontage.

Style & finish
The building must read as unmistakably traditional—think balanced proportions, simple mouldings and brick as the dominant exterior material. Any accents or trims you add should work with genuine brick coursing rather than masking it.

Scope of work
• Develop a façade concept that integrates the two shop fronts, the central gate and the upper-floor hall into one cohesive look.
• Produce dimensional drawings and coloured elevations suitable for construction approval.
• Provide a perspective or 3-D view so I can visualise depth, shadow and material texture.
• Supply editable source files (DWG, RVT or equivalent) along with high-resolution PDFs/JPEGs.

Key considerations
• Access: ensure the gate is visually framed but still the focal point for vehicles.
• Shop fronts: allow generous glazing and signage zones without losing the traditional character.
• Brickwork: specify bond pattern, lintel treatments and any contrasting bands so the mason can follow easily.
• Services: leave unobtrusive space for future AC compressors or external lighting.

Acceptance criteria
The design will be accepted once it meets municipal setback rules, keeps brick as the primary surface, and presents a balanced, heritage-leaning aesthetic that ties the ground-floor retail and first-floor hall together.
