Topographic Pendant Surface Modeling

Job ID: 39894654

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have a finished Rhino (.3dm) file of a small pendant and now need its surface brought to life with a sophisticated, organic topographic relief. The existing geometry is clean and ready; what’s missing is the high-detail network of fine, recessed grooves that will give the piece its character.

Here’s what I’m after:
• The relief must be physically modeled—no bump or displacement maps—so the grooves are cut directly into the solid body.
• I only want the topographic pattern on specific zones of the pendant. I’ll point out those zones once you’ve reviewed the base file.
• Detail level should match jewellery-grade work: crisp edges, harmonious flow, and groove depths that remain castable in silver or brass.
• Please keep the model watertight, manifold, and free of hidden surfaces so it can move straight to 3D printing (STL) and lost-wax metal casting (original .3dm retained).

I’ll supply the current Rhino file plus reference sketches showing pattern placement. You return both the updated .3dm and a verified STL, ready for print. If you prefer sculpting in ZBrush, Blender, or similar before sending the final Rhino/STL, that’s perfectly fine so long as the end files meet the above criteria.
