Tokusatsu 3D Figurine CAD Models
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I am building a full series of collectible Tokusatsu heroes and need print-ready digital sculpts, each designed for a finished height of roughly 6–12 inches. The style I’m after sits between a toy and a premium statue—clean, recognizable anatomy and costume forms, but without hyper-realistic pores or movie-prop weathering. In other words, moderate detail is perfect: clear helmet lines, emblem shapes, and fabric folds, yet light on micro-textures so the parts stay printable on common resin machines.
The first batch will focus on Kamen Rider along with classic TV icons from Jaspion, Changeman, Flashman, Cybercops, and Jiraiya. Solid reference images or clips are readily available online, but I can also supply extra screenshots if that helps lock in proportions or belt details.
Because these will be cast later, every model must be broken into keyed parts with simple dowels for alignment and demolding. I usually split at natural seams—torso, head, arms, cape—so resin or silicone molds pull cleanly. Feel free to suggest alternative cut points if it improves printability or reduces supports.
Preferred deliverables
• Watertight STL (and, if possible, the native ZBrush/Blender/Maya file)
• Logical part breakdown with cylindrical dowels built in
• A quick screenshot turntable or viewport video confirming scale and part fit
Once I approve the first character, I plan to commission roughly twenty more in the same style, so consistency across files will matter. If you have experience preparing statuettes for silicone molding and understand wall thickness, under-cuts, and support reduction, you’ll be a great fit.
Let me know which package you like working in, your usual turnaround time per figure, and anything else you need to kick off the pilot sculpt.
