I designed and drew a basic 3 bedroom 2 bath house and accessory structure to be built in ulster county New York. They don’t require a whole lot for permitting except an engineers stamp. What I would need is someone licensed in New York to review the plans , make needed additions and stamp the plans for submission to the township.
