Textured 3D Product Model

I have a consumer-oriented product concept sketched out and now need a fully realized 3D model that’s ready for presentation, marketing imagery, and potential manufacturing reference. The model must go beyond a basic block-out; I’m looking for clean geometry, accurate proportions, and photo-real textures that clearly communicate materials, colour, and finish.

I will supply reference photos, rough dimensions, and notes on material choices. From you I expect:
• A detailed, UV-mapped model created in the tool of your choice (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Fusion 360—whichever best fits).
• High-resolution still renders on a neutral background plus one lifestyle composition.
• Native project file and an export in OBJ or FBX so I can hand it to other vendors later.
