3D Tennis Racket Painting Stencil
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want a reusable, 3-D printable stencil that lets me spray or brush clean graphics onto the string bed of a tennis racket strings. The model should lay flat against the strings, stay in place without extra clips, and be thin enough to avoid distorting string tension yet rigid enough to keep paint from bleeding.
The deliverable I need is a watertight STL (or STEP if you prefer) that I can drop straight into Bambu lab A1 printer . Please design with common desktop-printer tolerances in mind—0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height—so I can get crisp edges without excessive post-processing.
After awarding the project, I’ll provide:
• Exact inner head dimensions of the racket
• Desired artwork or logo outline (SVG)
Acceptance criteria
• Model fits the supplied racket shape within ±0.5 mm
• All cut-outs reproduce the artwork accurately and leave no loose islands
• Prints successfully in PLA or PETG without support material
If you have tricks for adding small grip tabs or tapered edges to make placement easier, feel free to propose them.
