Swirl Design for Jet Nozzles
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a skilled designer to create swirl designs for plate and cone-shaped nozzles used in jet impingement experiments. The initial design without swirl is already available, and I need three different swirl designs for each nozzle type. The designs should be suitable for 3D printing in a .stl file format.
Key Requirements:
- Develop swirl designs for both plate and cone-shaped nozzles.
- Focus initially on the cone-shaped nozzle with a twisted tape insert design.
- Create additional designs using angled fins and spiral grooves for both nozzle types.
- Nozzle size is standardized at 0.8 cm.
- Ensure designs are optimized for 3D printing.
